By accessing and using Bookily's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Bookily is a smart appointment booking platform that connects users with verified service providers across multiple industries. Our service includes appointment scheduling, booking management, smart reminders, and payment processing for various services including medical, beauty, dining, fitness, and professional services.
3. Subscription Plans
Personal Plan
- Up to 20 bookings per month
- Smart reminders & notifications
- Basic customer support
- $9 per month
Family Plan
- Unlimited bookings
- Priority booking access
- Family calendar & shared bookings
- 24/7 premium support
- $19 per month
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices include applicable taxes. Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation and on each monthly renewal date thereafter. Some service providers may require separate payment for their services.
5. Booking and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule appointments through the app according to each service provider's individual cancellation policy. Bookily subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months, except as required by law.
6. Service Provider Relationship
- Bookily acts as a platform connecting users with independent service providers
- Service providers are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services
- Appointment availability and pricing are set by individual service providers
- Disputes regarding service quality should be resolved directly with the service provider
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and contact information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Arrive on time for your appointments
- Treat service providers with respect and courtesy
- Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Comply with individual service provider policies
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Bookily to:
- Make fake or fraudulent bookings
- Harass or abuse service providers or other users
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws
- Attempt to circumvent our payment systems
- Use automated systems to make bookings
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our platform are owned by Bookily or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bookily's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription service in the month the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
